Just thought I would share this article about a natural sweetener called
Agave. It registers low on the glycemic index and it's sweeter than sugar with half with calories. So, for every cup of sugar, you would need about 1/2 cup of agave. I've been using it for years in my smoothies but like any sweetener, it should be used in moderation. Take a look at the article below and Enjoy!
