Sipping...Just Sipping

I've been sipping on hot to warm water daily and noticed a difference in my digestion, skin, and cravings.  Even though I still like sugar, I don't crave it as much anymore and also noticed I am not as bloated.  I learned about this and other interesting healthy lifestyle tips while taking classes at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  I know I haven't posted much lately, been going through some growing pains.  All is well though.  Click to your right for info on the health benefits of sipping warm water.
